Falling Blocks

A small game for Windows and Mac OS X based on the popular game Tetris^TM.

News: 4 Oct 2016: Windows version now available.

Windows Download: FallingBlocks.zip
[Windows 7 or later required] Instructions: Extract the files from the zip using Windows Explorer. Then just run the Blocks.exe application file in the FallingBlocks directory.

Mac OS X Download: FallingBlocks.dmg
Instructions: Click on the .dmg package to open it. If you wish to install it, simply drag the application icon to your Applications folder.

Features

"Smooth" falling movement of blocks
Scoring system rewards destroying of multiple rows at once with exponentially more points proportional to the number of rows destroyed

Keys

Left/Right Rotate block
Down/Space Drop block quickly
Esc End game / Quit (Activates "Pause" mode when busy playing)
P / Pause Pause
